Make sure your smoke alarms are always working correctly and in good condition with our regular maintenance service. We clean, test & replace batteries and we'll even keep you on our annual maintenance schedule so you never forget when it's time to do it again.

Compliance Inspections

Our thorough compliance inspections will identify any issues and ensure that your property meets all safety regulations. We will replace any non compliant alarms or change locations of alarms if they are installed in the wrong place.

Smoke Alarm Installation

We offer professional smoke alarm installation services to ensure your property is equipped with the correct alarms in the safest locations. We offer installation of new battery, hard wired, 10 year lithium & RF alarms to ensure your property is compliant with legislation requirements.

Annual Fee

AU$99/Year
  • Pricing inclusive of GST
  • Annual maintenance service on all alarms installed in the property.
  • This service includes cleaning, smoke test, button tests and replacement of batteries in alarms.
  • Check of positioning of alarms and compliance of placement.
  • Replacement of alarms that are expired, faulty, damaged or non compliant.
  • Unlimited change in tenancy inspections per year.
  • Call out to beeping or problem alarms, 48 hour inspection guarantee from time of report.
  • Compliance certificate after each inspection.
  • *Optional 9v Carbon monoxide alarms can be installed at a cost of $80.00 per alarm
